1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NETMAX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

NETMAX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Description

NETMAX provides enterprise fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• Office building and campus fiber deployment
• Precision fiber splicing and testing
• FTTH/FTTx network solutions
• Managed telecom and IT operations
• Strategic fiber network planning
• Intelligent surveillance systems (CCTV)
• Enterprise wireless solutions (Wi-Fi)

All services are subject to availability and may require a formal service agreement. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Quotes and Proposals

All quotes and proposals provided by NETMAX are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided by the client and may be subject to change if project requirements change significantly.

Acceptance of a quote must be provided in writing (email or signed document). Work will commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit and signed acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: 50% advance payment upon project commencement
• Progress: 30% upon completion of major milestones
• Final: 20% upon final acceptance and handover

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Warranty and Liability

NETMAX provides the following warranties on our installations:

• Workmanship: 12 months from date of completion
• Materials: As per manufacturer warranty terms
• Performance: Compliance with agreed specifications

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or acts beyond our control. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NETMAX and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Network designs, documentation, and proprietary methodologies developed by NETMAX remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETMAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with our services or these terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
